i am a vegan. most of the time i skip the meat / fish recipes quickly and although i am appalled at the use of animals in cooking, i am not shocked. the goat head recipe however was different. the video begins with a still photo of the woman cook standing holding a goats head in each hand. this is a totally miserable image and should not be used as a link to the video.
it wd be interesting to see a video about the village and the fields where the people live and grow their crops. the water systems are interesting - how do they get clean water - is the area prone to flooding - where do they live - are different crops grown in the same fields at different times of the year (rice followed by cabbage, cauliflower etc) - which part of bangladesh is the village in - do the people use chemicals on their crops (which always look very large and bounteous) - where do the people get their firewood. they must use a lot - is there a school nearby - there is always the sound of children playing nearby - cd you add subtitles when the woman cook talks briefly about her food -
